Review: Etude House- Proof 10 Liquid Liner (in Black)
Price- 498 Pesos
Shade- Black
Line up!~ October and November have been a very hard month for my motherland, Philippines. The Visayas region of my country experienced a magnitude 7 earthquake on October (Bohol) then a day before my birthday, Leyte, Cebu, Samar, etc. experienced the devastating power of Super Typhoon Yolanda. With the trials that my fellow countrymen is undergoing, I am asking for your prayers that our recovery as a nation will speed up and no one shall be left in this journey towards the light.
Today, I am reviewing a liquid eyeliner from Etude House. This is Proof 10 Liquid Liner (in Black). It is my first time to use a quite expensive eyeliner. It was almost 500 pesos. Anyway, in this review, I will tell on why and how it is different from the other eyeliner that I have reviewed before.
Let us make a comparison of the Proof 10 Liquid Liner (in Black) and Oh m’ Eye Liner in #1 (Black) which I have reviewed before (https://latebloompassion.wordpress.com/2012/08/29/review-etude-house-oh-m-eye-liner/)
Oh m’ Eye Liner in #1 (Black)
- Available in 3 shades (Black, Gray, Brown)
- Cheaper, only 198 pesos
- Not waterproof
- Application brush is soft
- Smudges sometimes
- If you rub your eyes, it will be erased
On the other hand..
Proof 10 Liquid Liner (in Black)
- Available also in 3 shades as far as I know (Black, Blue, Brown)
- More expensive in 498 pesos
- It is not also waterproof but it is harder to wash with water than the Oh m’ Eye Liner. Remains are still visible in the eye line where it is applied.
- If you rub your eyes, it will not be easily erased
- Has a firm application brush
- Dries easily on eyes
- Has tendency to dry easily if air enters the tube
